​Primary competences

Brian Sørensen counsels on the application of legal means in implementing business strategies and business optimisation. The services include consulting on company structures, and board memberships as well as a specific task in structuring, drafting and negotiation of legal contracts, counselling on legal positions and M&A work.

As a specialised legal discipline, Brian Sørensen has for several years worked in-depth with the application and enforcement of intellectual property rights in brand-driven businesses and in the it-industry. In his legal counselling, he is also drawing on the business experience from more than 12 years as manager in businesses in Denmark and internationally.

Brian has amongst others been General IP Counsel of the LEGO Group, has held various non-legal management positions in LEGO, and has been the CEO of an American franchisor company and of a Danish life science company. He has led successful sales preparations and subsequent sales of the two latter companies.
